When I attempt to log in, the message "Your contract number, user name or password was incorrect." is displayed, and I am unable to log in.

It is not possible to log in before starting use. Please log in after the starting date of use.

There is a chance that your password has expired.

It is possible to reissue a password, or have a password changed by another user who has the role of contractor or administrator after 21:00 (UTC) or 06:00 (JST) on the day after the password expires.

It is possible to reissue passwords from the Portal. Refer to "3.3.8 Reissue User Passwords" in the Portal User Guide and reissue the password.

I regularly receive a "Your password will expire soon" email asking me to change my password. Is there any way to make it possible to continue use without changing my password?

There is no way to extend the period of the validity of a password. Due to the security policy of the Portal, the maximum period of validity of a password is 90 days. Please change your password regularly.

Who are "Your password will expire soon" emails sent to?

Notifications regarding the expiry of passwords are sent to the email address registered when creating the user on the Register User screen.When the user has the "Contractor Role", the email address given on the application form is used for the initial setting. When the email address has been changed using the Edit User Information screen, the password after the change is used.

I cannot change my password.

[Restrictions regarding passwords]
Histories of used passwords are retained, and it is not possible to use the same character string as any of your last 4 passwords. Also, if login is failed 5 consecutive times, login of that user will not be possible for 30 minutes. For the restrictions regarding passwords, refer to "1.1.2.2 Input & Password Restrictions" in the Portal User Guide.

Please explain the timing of "Your password will expire soon" emails.

A "Your password will expire soon" email is sent to the email address related to the user name 30 days, 15 days, and 5 days before the expiry date of the password. Also, on the expiry date the user will be disabled and a "Your password will expire soon" email will be sent.

I keep receiving "Your password will expire soon" emails even though I have terminated my subscription. Or, I am still able to log in to the Portal and the IaaS portal.

Login is possible for 90 days after a user terminates their use of the FUJITSU Cloud Service. "Your password will expire soon" emails will be sent to users whose passwords expire during that 90-day period.

Please inform to which e-mail address the e-mail "Reissuing Your Password" will be sent.

The e-mail "Reissuing Your Password" will be sent to the address that was registered during the User registration. If the user has the "contractor" role then the e-mail written in the application form will be used as the e-mail address. If the e-mail has been updated through the "Edit User Information screen" then the updated e-mail will be used.

When trying to reissue the password there is a message saying that the "The Contract Number or User Name is outside the password resettable period."

Please verify that the contract ID and username is correct and try again.

Password can not be reset before the service start date. Please try again once the service start date has passed.
